John Constantinidis is a Project Manager at AuraView Windows & Doors Inc. with over a decade of hands‑on experience in the window and door industry. He oversees projects from start to finish — beginning with a detailed in‑home consultation and concluding with a final on‑site visit to ensure every promise has been delivered and every client is 100% satisfied. John believes that great results come from clear communication, careful planning, and accountability at every stage of the process.

Raised in the industry, John was introduced to windows and doors through his father, who spent more than 25 years in the trade. That early exposure led John to gain real‑world experience working as an installer while attending the University of Ottawa, followed by several years in office and administrative roles where he learned the operational side of the business inside and out. After mastering both installation and backend operations, John transitioned into outside sales — a role where he truly found his passion: educating homeowners and guiding them through their window and door journey with confidence and clarity.

John has sold and managed projects across multiple provinces in Canada, from British Columbia to Ontario, and brings deep expertise in both renovation and new‑build projects. His knowledge spans PVC, fiberglass, aluminum, European and hybrid window systems, as well as patio doors, skylights, curtain wall systems, and a wide range of premium entry and interior door options. Known for his honesty, transparency, and attention to detail, John avoids high‑pressure tactics and never rushes decisions. Instead, he focuses on presenting all available options so clients can choose what truly fits their needs, style, and budget — with no regrets.

Throughout his career, Tommy has built long-term relationships grounded in integrity, transparency, and trust, principles that form the foundation of AuraView.

Driven by a desire to raise standards in the windows and doors industry, Tommy founded AuraView to bring strong values, honest service, and innovative thinking into every project. His real estate background allows him to see beyond products alone, understanding how properly selected and installed windows and doors contribute to comfort, performance, and long-term value.
